What we collect
Account information (email, name, OAuth identity), profile data you publish, and aggregated usage telemetry.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: showing your profile to employers, processing bids, computing Talent Genome™ scores from signals you supply, and protecting against abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share with payment and email processors as needed to operate the service.
AI fairness statement
Talent Genome™ produces a transparent, explainable score derived from public signals (projects shipped, agents published, profile completeness). All inputs and weights are visible in the drill-down view. The score is decision-support — not a hiring decision. Blind-review mode hides name, photo, and location during candidate review.
EEOC compliance
We do not solicit protected characteristics. Employers are responsible for ensuring their hiring practices comply with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and analogous laws in their jurisdiction.
GDPR / CCPA rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@talent-bid.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security enforces access at the database layer.
