1. Acceptance
By using TalentBid you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
No scraping, harassment, spam, illegal content, or attempts to circumvent rate limits and security controls.
4. Bids and offers
Bids are non-binding expressions of interest until both parties agree. TalentBid is not a party to any employment contract.
5. AI assessments
Talent Genome™ scores are decision-support tools, not hiring decisions. Final hiring decisions must be made by humans.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
