The Builder Index is a 0–100 score for shipped work. It weighs deployed projects, recent commit activity, project depth, and verified skill checks. It explicitly ignores credentials.

Why: across our bid data, credentials predict ~12% of bid value. Shipped projects predict 41%. We optimize for the signal that pays.
